Bank of America - Visa Review

I paid my my bill every month, however I was continual charged late fee and my interest rate increased to an unreasonable percentage.  I was able to get the late fees removed, but not able to get the interest rate changed back.  The only way I would be able to change the interest rate was to sign up for their debt program.

Upon explaining I did not require the debt program i was told they would not able to help me.  In fact I believe my account was paid ahead as I paid more than the min payment every month.  On a specific month the billing cycle ended on the 21 day of the month, and the payment arrived via my bill paying service that very day. (ahead of the payment date)  The payment was credited to the prior month, and in turn I was charged the late fee and interest rate increased.  This happened more than once.  I believe these financial institutions have no room to to be that strict, had they been that strict prior to the collapse perhaps we would have not been in the financial mes we are in.  Now in order to increase profits they are so very unreasonable when it come to the payments.
