My experience with Bankof america, I have been acustomer for thirty years, Iwas using the card for bankinf investment properties, I was charged 3% every time I used the card, sometime I would use it twice a month, sometime totaling 1,500 for that one month I think if you are a value customer , the fees should be lower.NOTE: the reviewer indicated that they are a client of Bank of America - Visa Card
