Bank of America - Visa Card —
I'd carried a Bank of America Visa Gold card, an American Express card via Costco, and a Washington Mutual Mastercard Gold card. B of A had and continue to have the highest fees such as late fees, transfer fees, over-limit fees, etc. In addition, I often found mistakes B of A of made on my statement. Over a period of one calendar year, there were at least 5 different mistakes. It became too troublesome to capturing those mistakes and following up with B of A to ensure they were corrected. The customer service is rated a C at best. Therefore, I cancelled my account. Banking should not be so troublesome and time-consuming.Last edited on Dec 14, 2007
