    Shady Ways to Charge Late Fees, Unfriendly Customer Services Reps, delays posting online payments, rude customer service

Worst, rudest customer service EVER.  They'll also fee you to death.  With all the credit cards out there to choose from, why anyone would bother with these jerks is beyond me.
