    Unfriendly Customer Services Reps, Shady Ways to Charge Late Fees, raise rates without good reason

If you are thinking of getting a B of A card  be aware that they are very strict on how they charge for any "indiscretion" of any kind and they are not very flexible when it comes to forgiving or reversing fees.  If you are very diligent about paying your cards, this is a well known one to have, but can end up costing you in the long run.
