I have seen other individual products which are better, but this institution offers everything for individuals as well as businesses which includes products , savings, checking loans, credit cards,  , and toolssuch as online banking,portfolio tracking for budgeting, payroll for business etc....

These people will rip you off.

Never sign anything with this company.  their documentation only benefits them and you give them the right to change any agreement without your consent to anything they wish.  Miss one payment and your interest rate goes up to as much as 34% and stays there for six months. plus they charged me $100...

great bank with round the clock access to my money!
an Internet banking user, your basic banking customer, appreciative of good service, an online bill-payer, Ebay buyer and seller

I have been banking with Bank of America for over 10 years now and really like it! I especially appreciate the fact that I can access my money and accounts online, anytime. The only downside to Bank of America is their fees. They can be rather costly- if you have something like overdraft protection, which is offered as a "service" they get you on the fees if they have to transfer your money. Their online banking is great though- you can even apply for loans online and they have always given me great customer service online, on the phone or at one of the local branch offices. Customer service so good we kept this bank when we moved!

The staff at Bank of America, and this branch in particular, have always gone out of their way to make us feel like important customers to them. I know I can depend on them to be professional and courteous. There are no branches in Nebraska - we still bank at our "old" branch in Maryland - that says it all!
