Bank of America - Baltimore, MD Reviews

I have been banking with Bank of America for over 10 years now and really like it! I especially appreciate the fact that I can access my money and accounts online, anytime. The only downside to Bank of America is their fees. They can be rather costly- if you have something like overdraft protection, which is offered as a "service" they get you on the fees if they have to transfer your money. Their online banking is great though- you can even apply for loans online and they have always given me great customer service online, on the phone or at one of the local branch offices. The staff at Bank of America, and this branch in particular, have always gone out of their way to make us feel like important customers to them.
