Since spraying kids with sunscreen is much easier to do than trying to have them stand still while getting enough sunscreen lotion on, I decided to try **Banana Boat Ultra Defense Continuous Spray Sunscreen SPF 85**. I've tried [Coppertone Continuous Spray Sunscreen][1] and thought there must be a better version out there, but it turns out the Banana Boat product I replaced it with is even worse! Yes, the SPF 85 is fabulous and the application is effortless, but unless you like to look like you're sweating when you're not, I wouldn't recommend it. Absorption I have used this on myself and on my 3 1/2 year old son, and I just don't like it. First of all, the spray is not a fine mist like one might imagine. Instead, it's a heavy coating. I feel like I sprayed myself with Pam Cooking Spray and looked like I did too! This stuff left a horrible, glistening shine to my body that I really did not like. Ease of Application It is really easy it is to use. Simply press on the nozzle and sunscreen will start spraying out for easy application. If you have kids, it can't get any easier.

I bought this last summer right before a trip. My whole family has super sensitive skin and will burn like lobsters if not highly protected. I had used Coppertone sunscreen before that had an SPF of 70--it worked like a charm. No burns, no pain. However, I could not find the Coppertone in the high SPF. All the stores I went to only had Coppertone with SPF 45. I didn't know that any other brand made a sunscreen with such a high SPF, but thought I hit the lottery when I found this Banana Boat product. I couldn't have been more wrong. Not only did we reapply the sunscreen every hour, but we all still burned very badly. I probably would have been better off getting the SPF 45 Coppertone. Well, lesson learned, I'm never buying a Banana  Boat product again. Coppertone---here I come!!!
