Bally Total Fitness - All Locations - Los Angeles, CA —
I joined Bally's Total Fitness in my Freshman year of college with my 2 roommates, and let me tell you--it has been the worst experience of my life. The gym was unclean, the locker room was unkept, the personal trainer got tired before I did!!!! They did not let me use the aerobic room on free time like they told me when I was signing up--they said I could use the room, but not the lights or the AC or the Equipment. HOW DISTASTEFUL!!!Then, I moved and I'm not near Bally's anymore, and they won't let me cancel. So, I'm stuck paying $75 a month for me and my 2 roommates because Bally's is dishonest and rude and terrible. I hate them. I'd rather eat nails than go to a Ballys. There are THOUSANDS of complaints on the internet about Bally's (consumerreports.com has hundreds alone) and they have had more lawsuits filed against them than any other fitness corporation in the world.
I urge you, if you think about joining Bally's, DONT. It will be the worst decision you've ever made...
I wouldn't recommend this gym to someone if my life depended on it... because their life would depend on it too. It is terrible terrible terrible.
