Baker College Online is an college that offers courses and degrees online. You can complete the courses from anywhere where there is internet access. You can have your required books shipped to your address and you log in the Blackboard to access your courses and communicate with the professor and fellow classmates. Each course is broken into Seminars - each seminar represents one week in class. You have assignments for each seminar and you must post/interact with your classmates a minimum of five days a week in order to receive participation credit. Baker College Online really fits my schedule because I don't have to make time to drive to school and sit in class for hours a day. I can log on in the middle of the night if I want and post my assignments or post a commentary to others. The professors are professional and have work experience in their field. They respond to email usually within 12 hrs. and are very helpful. I recommend Baker College to others, especially professionals that may not have the traditional time needed to attend college on-site.
