I have just completed my MBA from Baker College in June 2009. The administrative staff has been nothing but helpful to me. As with any college, the professors may be easy to relate to or difficult to deal with, but this is to be expected. I have had some professors who gave us an overview of their class and everything went smoothly and then their were some professors who I just couldn't understand where they were coming from. I passed each class though, but they were not all easy. There were times when I thought I was going to go crazy, but you buckle down and do what you have to do. They have to answer your questions and if you are not satisfied, you should go to a higher person and report the problem. Baker's professors do have to have a Master's Degree, at least, they prefer a Doctorate and they do understand what they are teaching because they have to have at least 5 years of working experience in the subject and also a Doctorate Degree to teach Master's level students and at least a Master's Degree to teach undergraduate level students. Baker is not a scam or a rip off, it is actually one of the lowest costing colleges for you to get your MBA from and one of the best I've seen online programs. I have attended other colleges and Baker is at the top in my opinion. Sometimes when things don't go your way, you need to stop and think it may be you and not blame others because you didn't achieve the A you thought your work was worth. Baker College is an execellent online college.
