We visited the Florida Keys for the first time over the Christmas holiday.  The kids had a great time and the water was beautiful and the rangers were very informative.  We brought some snorkeling equipment with us but had never done it before.  We spent three great days snorkeling right off the each at Bahia Honda State Park.  When the water is calm you can see some amazing things and swim pretty far out without it being deep.  We'll definately go back next time we are down that way!
