Will it stay or will it go?

We've heard rumors that Bahama Breeze may be closing at this location. We hope not.

You'd think that living along thre Florida Gulf Coast would be enough for us. But there is something about that Caribbean island feel that is compelling. We have long been fans of the ability to sit on the deck here, drink and eat some nice Caribbean-style dishes, under the whirling fans.

The last trip - a Father's Day treat  - did not disappoint.

A round of wines, Pinot Grigio for my bride and Shiraz for me, was about $6 a glass. When the shiraz was delivered, it was brimming. The waiter... read full review »

Great breeze & more at Bahama Breeze

I'm visiting in Fort Myers & I had dinner there last night. There's not too many choices within walking distance from the hotel I'm at. That said, Bahama Breeze didn't seem like a bad choice. I sat outside at the bar and enjoyed the nice breeze that picked up with dusk approaching. I had great service from the bartender, Kim. The margaritas I had were good, but I have had better.There was a nice selection on the menu & I choose to get the Jerk Chicken Pasta. There was a smaller portion available, as there is with some of the dishes. I'm glad I made that decision, if I hadn't I would have been...
