Badger Cocoa Butter Lip Balm Sticks are new and fabulous!
I was sent all five scents to try and, not only am I hooked on them as lip balms, they make fabulous eye area moisturizers. I usually use the Creamy Cocoa scent which has no oils or extracts added and apply it liberally around my eyes often. Wonderful and under $4.00 a stick!
The Balm
This lip balm is all natural and comes in a thick stick. There is .25 ounce of product in each stick which lasts a very long time.
The scents are Creamy Cocoa (cocoa butter), Cool Mint (a blend or peppermint and spearmint), Sweet Orange (tangy orange), Lime Rocket (lime), and Coffee Roast (coffee).
The scents are dead on but there is no flavor to these balms which is a bummer but, because there isn't any flavor, they work better for the eye area so I will forgive Badger for not allowing me to taste these great smelling balms.
They're creamy and colorless and they hydrate like crazy!
My Use
As you can see, I am in love with these balms. They are all natural, which is a big plus, but more than that, they truly soothe and hydrate my parched lips. The scents are great. I find myself oddly attracted to the Coffee scent and I don't even drink coffee!
Since the first ingredient is virgin olive oil, these are just marvelous for the eye area. I keep a couple on my nightstand (Mint if my eyes are puffy, Cocoa for pure hydration) and apply the stick around and under my eyes when I am watching TV or in the morning when I first get up. Seriously, I don't think Badger even realizes that they made a great eye hydrating stick.
These are not sticky at all on either my lips or my skin and they just melt in and go to work replenishing moisture and soothing dry lips (and skin).
These balms are under $4.00 apiece and worth every penny. I an not a fan of their older balms because they are so greasy and seem to disappear from my lips in minutes. This new formula holds on and stays on my lips for a long time and the benefits are long lasting. As for my eye area, it has never felt softer or more hydrated.
I highly recommend these balms. Yes, I would love it if these had a great taste to go along with the great everything else but, as I said, in keeping with staying natural, I'll forgive Badger and give them my 5 star seal of approval.
Thanks, Badger. Now, don't get any ideas and raise the price because you inadvertently made a great eye stick! ;)
