Back to Basics Toaster - Egg and Muffin 2 Slice - TEM-500 Review

I love McDonalds egg McMuffins, so when I saw this I had to try it.  The toaster works great, just like most toasters that are on the market.  It is a little wider so you can also use it for bigger things like frozen waffles.  Then there is the egg cooker and meat warmer.  Both work fairly good on there own.  The egg still doesn't taste like McDonalds but it is not bad.  It has several different settings on how you want the egg cooked.  It also will do hard boiled eggs which I have never tried for it only does one at a time.  The meat warmer is directly about the egg cooker which presents a problem.  I used lunch meat which already is juicy.  When the heat from the egg cooker hits it, it makes it drip juice all over the egg which I don't like.  It make the egg all watery.  If you don't use lunch meat however it works great.  this is a very good toaster just by it self but has the added bonus of the egg cooker too.
