Babyhawk Mei Tai — 

If you want to be comfortable, keep your child happy, stop the crying, and look good while you do it, this is the carrier for you! Why be boring with a stroller or Baby Bjorn when you can have a customized carrier, down to the strap color and fabric choice (any you want!)? These are worth the money, especially considering how expensive some of the specialty carriers are!
