Gets uncomfortable for mom - questionable positioning for baby?

Pros

    Easy contraption, child can see the world as you do, can manage two kids with this, baby loves being close to you

Cons
    Baby gets sweaty after a while, can cause irritations in warm weather, challenging the 1st time, confining, can hurt your back after awhile

I just want to preface this by saying, if it's what you have you can make it work.  In my opinion, being close to baby is what is most important.  That being said, we just couldn't get the Bjorn to work well for us.  My son dangled by his crotch (a questionable position for hip/spine development) and didn't seem very comfortable.  It wasn't condusive to breastfeeding, and honestly just plain HURT my back after about 30 minutes or so.
