BabyFit Review

I first joined BabyFit.com when I was in the planning stages of my second pregnancy.  I quickly became involved in the Preconception Message Board and found great support from the ladies on there.  I continued to use the website while trying to conceive my son, and was able to join the April 2006 moms after my second month of trying.  I was there throughout my pregnancy and continued to find support and help during his newborn days.

BabyFit has so many FREE tools to use in planning a healthy pregnancy.  There are 3 plans to choose from; Preconception, Pregnancy, and Post Pregnancy.  The post pregnancy plan allows you to choose between breast feeding, bottle feeding or both.  When you set up your plan you will have a nutrition tracker with recommend goals for calories, protein and other nutrients.  You can also tailor the plan if you are working with a dietician.  BabyFit also has Weight and Fitness Trackers that allow you to customize based on your indivdual needs.

BabyFit offers far more than tracking.  There are suggested meal plans, articles for all stages of motherhood, fitness and nutrition experts available to answer questions and messageboards and teams where you can communicate with other women. 

BabyFit also helps you stay motivated through the BabyPoints system.  Your activity on the site helps you earn points, and teams have leaderboards so you can see where you rank. 

I began frequenting BabyFit less as my son got older, but the first thing I did once I saw that positive pregnancy test, was jump right back onto BabyFit!  Soon after I found out I was having twins, and I realized I need the support from the other moms more than ever!

The only complaint I have ever had... some members have very strong opinions, but you will find that anywhere.
