Pros

    Easy, one-hand operation, uses normal trash bags, No costly refills

Cons
    diapers get stuck in opening, gross when opening up to change bag, smell isn't always contained

We have one in our church nursery. It is very easy to use and is awesome because you don't have to buy refills. I like that it uses regular trash bags. It is also neat how you insert the diapers. It does however sometimes get the diapers stuck in the turn and is a pain to get out. It does keep a pretty good job of controling oders but sometimes they snaek out. I would recommend it to other moms. It is nice.
