This is the best swing ever made. We originally had the Fisher Price Aquarium swing with our two-year-old daughter but got so tired of replacing the batteries. It was not worth using it all the time because it went through batteries so fast. When our 8 month old daughter was born with reflux and colic, we knew our old swing would not be sufficient. My baby NEEDS to have someone always holding her.

After two months of constant hlding her 24/7 i knew i needed to do something about it or i will never get things done at my house.

Well i looked for a swing since she like the rocking motion. I like this one since it has several different songs, nature noises etc...

Also you are able to change the swing to go from side to side to back and forth.

The first time she went in the swing, she was a bit fussy then with the rocking motion sh started falling asleep. All i could think was YESSSS...

Now when i need to do something i just put her on her swing...

as soon as i saw the precious planet set i knew i had to have it for my newest addition. i bought the swing and its great except it runs on batteries and even with my 15 lb 6 month old the swing barely moves! its cute and all but it hardly does any "swinging" at all!  the mobile is cute and the swing itself is super attractive but as an experienced mom i know there are better swings out there that actually work. i wish i had gone for a swing that was less adorable and more dependable and plugged in. trust me on this a swing that plugs in is way better than one that runs on batteries!

My son wasn't really into swings but this one is a nice swing. It is most appropriate for a newborn. I like that it swings front to back and side to side. It is very comfortable and he liked the music choices. He didn't really watch the mirror or moving toys but they are cute. I liked that it was neutral. We didn't use it that often but I do know that it uses a lot of batteries from others who have this swing. If you plan on using it for napping or long nights, you probably want the adapter or a swing that plugs into an outlet. My son did seem to outgrow it early as he is a big baby. My husband...

the only reason i gave this swing 3 stars is cause it is cheap and did do ok for my first kid. negitives eats batteries like you could not belive I was putting 4 new batteries in it every week. the mobile broke almost right away. and the toy on the try sucks. also it is very difficult to change positions on the swing i found i could not change it from lieing down to sitting up with out at least and hour of time as well as great fustration! While we have a full-size swing for my son, this swing has come in handy many times. It has travelled to the grandparents houses. My newborn son would sleep in it while we ate a quiet dinner with relatives. hat was worth its weight in gold as new parents. When we are at home, we keep the swing in the laundry room. I put him in it when I am switching loads of laundry. It doesn't take up much space and can be folded up for easy storage. My son had been on the thinner side and could not even use it at 17 pounds he just sank  to the floor.

I tried everything to get my baby to sleep. I read a sleep book, and tried to follow a schedule.  My little boy had the most difficult time when he was an infant taking his naps.  This swing saved my life.  I know that the books say not to get your babies used to sleeping in the car-seat or in swings, but that was the only time I got any sleep myself.  This swing was very functional, it swings two different directions, has calming music, has a mobile of animals that was entertaining to my little boy, and it plugs into the wall for power.  I have used multiple swings and this one was far superior...

I LOVE this product!!! The Fisher-Price Rainforest Open-Top Takealong Swing works great for me and my family!! I have a very small house and when I found out that I was expecting twins, I was not sure how I was going to fit two swings into my house. But, then someone loaned me their Rainforest Swing and I fell in love!! So, I bought my own! Now, I have two and I use them all the time. The way they curve into a "bucket" shape, is very convenient for very small babies. 

Also, if I need to put them away for a little while, if I'm expecting company, they fold up very conveniently and can be tucked...

The "Fisher Price Rainforest" swing with mobile was a great swing while we used it. I would say it was shorter lived than some of the other bigger baby items purchased however, we did love having it. We loved that it would swing side-to-side or front- to-back. The different types of music it played were fun depending on whether you want you baby stimulated or soothed. It had a fun mobile that you could turn on above there head which my son like looking at a lot. The swing had quite a few different speed settings also which is great for newborns and up, since the older they get the faster they want...

So I received this swing for my first born.  I thought it was a beautiful pattern/print.  The light green over sage is wonderful for a boy or a girl child.  I thought the pattern was also pretty neutral and would go with any home decor.  I didn't think that it was very durable.  I have 2 children that are very close in age.  I didn't use it very often with my first-born but put it away for my next child.  When it was time for my next child to use the swing, approximately 20 months had passed, the swing didn't operate like it should.  You have to push the button until you reach the speed...

Our firstborn slept in this swing for nearly every nap the first several months of her life.  She often woulld stare at the mobile and listening to the music until it lulled her to sleep.  Knowing that we could turn the swing on and not need to think about winding it up or batteries dying in the middle of a much-needed nap made this a swing a stand-out when we needed to replace a hand-me-down plug-in swing.  When she couldn't fall asleep at night, this swing did the trick, rocking her to sleep for hours before we would move her to her crib.  Several things about this swing made it convenient...

My 3-month-old son loves this swing. I like that it swings both sideways and front to back. We mostly use the side to side function as his head tends to tip forward when using the front to back function. My son just started noticing the spinning mobile and mirror. He is fascinated by it. I think it would be even better if it had lights as he is really drawn to anything with lights. This swing will definitely keep him quiet for a few hours. He falls asleep easily in this swing. Graco Winnie the Pooh Swing is an absolute wonderful swing. I did a lot of research as a first time mom before buying any product my daughter would be using for a while and this one seemed like the most practical for us. It is reasonably priced, by a reputable manufacturer that I trust, and it has all the features that I wanted for my baby. Graco is one of the only brands that I trust when it comes to baby products. When my daughter was transitioned from her bassinet to her crib she would have a hard time falling asleep in her crib and would only sleep in her swing for a while. She is so comfortable...

This is not a product I would reccomend for anyone who has a heavier child.  At birth, my child was 10 lbs, and just grew like a weed from there.  He was too long, and too heavy for this swing by 3 months old.  He would barely rock back and forth, and when it did it made an awful creaking noise.  Also, while some mother's say that the swing was their "lifesaver", my child did not really like it.  He would much rather be put in his baby papasan chair that vibrated than the swing.  When a friend's child, who was much lighter was put in the swing, it worked wondefully.  The music, material...
