I've had the Babylock BL7800 for years and I use it all the time. It's a wonderful machine! I've only had to take it in once to have it repaired and that was after 7 years of use so that's pretty good for a heavily-used machine. I love the easy button-hole maker. You just put your button in the foot, select what type of button hole you want, and sew away. I also love the blind hem stitch, there are several options for this stitch depending on what fabric you are using and there's a foot that keeps your fabric liked up so you get an even hem. I also love the ability to manually select my needle position if I want to position it somewhere other than the standard position for my selected stitch. Also, the ability to lengthen or shorten my stitch with a push of a button is wonderful. No more re-positioning my stitch for basting or gathering and then having to remember what my usual stitch length is!
