Enfamil Premium Lipil
It almost seems strange to say I'm budget conscious and that I use a brand name formula but I've found that Enfamil Premium Lipil formula has been worth the money. We started out breastfeeding and when we found we needed to supplement the pediatrician recommended an out there lacto free supplement. I can't say for sure it was the formula but our baby had his first and only experience with projectile vomiting after we fed it to him. Good Start Nestle Good Start Protect Plus
Before I had children, my sister had twins that were having problems with their formula such as spitting up, discomfort and gassy. Enfamil Lipil Formula with Iron
I LOVED Enfamil lipil. My daughter was a preemie and both breastfed and bottle fed from day one. I had planned to breastfeed so when I realized I'd need some support via formula, I was very concerned and wanted to make sure I got the best for my baby. The hospital provided Enfamil Lipil with Iron and I asked everyone I knew who had children and they all suggested Similac or Enfamil. I seriously believe that you should try to breast feed first, but I know in many cases many women cannot. I could not breast feed after 13 weeks due to health reasons and decided to use formula. I did some research and trie the ready made Similac Early Shield with Iron.
The formula was very easy on my little one's stomach. We did not have any gas, upset stomach or vomitting. I will say that with the formula I did notice more dirty diapers, then when breast feed.

My son was diagnosed with severe reflux and food intolerances. While he was partially breastfed, I also had to supplement. We tried many different brands of formula and many different types of formula. We tried enfamil, bright beginnings, parents choice, just to name a few. We also tried ready to feed and powdered versions. The ready to feed version was easier for my son to digest and keep down. The powdered versions always came right back up in our faces. This formula is a good value for the money and it really does work for babies with sensitive stomachs.

Enfamil Premium Lipil
My son is 8 months old and we have been using this since day 1. We've tried switching to generic or other formulas but he does not tolerate it and always prefers Enfamil Lipil. He does not have gas, colic or is a fussy eater, so this formula has been the best for him.He has also never had constipation. Carnation Good Start

review »Target Milk Based Powder Infant Formula
I picked up a can of this formula one day when we had run out of the Enfamil Iron formula that we were using. I was a bit scared at first that it would be too different and that my daughter would reject it, but she happily drank her bottle.
The only downside to this product that I noticed was that the formula clumped a bit when mixing, so I'd have to do a lot of shaking and then put it through a strainer to get and dissolve the clumps. A little extra work, but worth the money saved.

We started out on the regular similac (the blue packaging) and our son was always spitting up a GREAT amount of it rifgt after he was done. We had tried to feed slower and smaller amounts,but nothing seemed to work. We tried emfamil and he would not even drink that at all. The store brands were more similar to the emfamil then the similac, so he would not take them either. We then tried the similac in the red packaging. This is the soy formula. I switched to this formula at the end of my son's "formula career." I wish I had switched much, much earlier. My son was born 3 weeks early and was small, 5 lbs. 14 ozs. I've used similac for all 3 of my kids. It is the closest thing to breast milk in my opinion. I'm glad my kids were able to take it.
Similac Advanced with Iron
I had decided touse this formula while at the hospital after delivering my daughter. Originally she was on the regular formula but after a few trips to the er and late night calls to the doctor ( not to metnion stain clothing including hers).....we were introduced to the soy based formula.
