Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper Review

My son is now six months old and ready to start moving around and playing with new things.  We've had exersaucers for our other boys and knew that the baby would probably love something like that.  I looked for information online about the Baby Einstein Activity Jumper and read a lot of good things about it.  The only negative thing that I kept encountering is that the piano seems to not work very well and eventually breaks.  So, I decided to give it a try.

The price for the Activity Jumper is a little higher than most exersaucers.  It seems that you can find several others for about $10-$20 cheeper.  However, I really like the toys on the the Baby Einstein as well as the fact that it doubles as a jumper.  That takes away one more baby gadget that I have to store.  It also remedys the fact that you have to take up a doorway with a traditional jumper.

The Baby Einstein Activity Jumper has bright and exciting colors.  There are four stations of toys placed around the perimeter which are all very engaging to the baby.  There are also bars on which to hang toys.  This give additional things to grab on to and play with.  There are five different height position to use as your baby grows too.

I will agree with other however that the piano is its one draw-back.  As of now our piano still works (and our jumper is about 6 weeks old).  The keys seem a little hard for the baby to push though and I have noticed that it's my baby's least favorite part to play with.

In summary, I love this activity center and I definetly think that it's worth a little extra money to get this one rather than the other brands I've seen.  Now, I may have a different opinion if the keyboard ever breaks...we'll see.
