I am the mother of three children and I used my Baby B'jorn with all of them. I started using the Baby B'jorn when they first came out in 1996 with my daughter (who is now 11). It was about $125 then! It was the only carrier that was easy to use. With other carriers, it was a hassle to get her in and out of it. This was a major pain especially after she just fell asleep and we wanted to put her down! With the Baby B'jorn, we never had a problem with waking her up ever again! My daughter was also so small that she fit in it up until she was 2 years old. My oldest son who is now 8 used the same Baby B'jorn and I was able to carry him around and keep up with my toddler. I didn't have to worry about chasing after her while pushing around a stroller because he was always attached to me. Boy was it hard when he outgrew the baby carrier! With my last child, who is now 3, I also used my Baby B'jorn. They all loved being close to me and feeling my body heat against them. It was very comforting forr all three of them! It was especially useful during the winter. I could put them inside the Baby B'jorn and them put my jacket on over us. It kept both of us warm during winter walks.
My Baby B'jorn lasted through 3 children, 11 years, and is now being used by another mother. For those who are complaining about back problems, Baby B'jorn has another model that was released a few years ago that has a back support. I loved my Baby B'jorn! I love it so much that I give it as baby shower gifts since it's a must have for ever mother!
