This protein powder is perhaps one of the best that I have ever tried. It is made with Whey Protein isolates as well as Casein protein and Egg protein. Most protein powders out there are just pure Whey or Casein, however BSN provides a good mix of different proteins within their blend. They also have added in BCAA's to their protein mix which makes this supplement great. The taste of the protein is also great. I have tried both the vanilla flavored and strawberry flavored and I think that the strawberry flavored is one of the best protein powder mixes I have tasted. Many protein powders mix and may require a bit of sugar to taste good, however BSN's powder tastes great after mixing without the need for sugar. This protein shake definitely tastes just like a milkshake. I will be trying more of the flavors in the future to see if all of them taste just this great, but I definitely recommend the strawberry flavored for anyone who wants a good taste with their protein.

I've been using many different protein powders for the past few years and have come across a lot of different brands. I had always heard about Syntha-6 protein and how it was very high quality protein and that it was one of the best tasting as well. I decided to give it a try and bought a tub online on Amazon. Once I got it I immediately opened it and poured two scoops in a shaker cup and mix it with water. Usually whey protein tastes horrible with water but Syntha-6 amazed me! You couldn't even tell that it was a protein powder. It mixed very easily and it didn't clump or anything. It had a very smooth texture and I can't wait to mix it with milk. The price is fair and I've definitely seen a lot of cheaper whey proteins but I think it was worth it. I'm certainly going to buy a few more tubs of Syntha-6 in the future. I highly recommend this protein to anyone who's hated the taste and consistency of their protein.

I thought UMP was the best tasting protein but if it is, Syntha 6 is a close second. Add it 2% milk and you have a delicious shake at your disposal. I bought the chocolate one. It is high in fats, which is great if you're clean bulking (only 2g out of 6g are saturated per serving).

This protein is top notch in both purity and effectiveness as well as having a really cool see through red tinted container to store it in. This product keeps with the BSN tradition, excellent quality products, but for a price. While this price is very understandable for the kind of product being sold, it still is a bit pricier typically than the competing brands. These factors can be mitigated to a degree if it is purchased in wholesale, or possibly from a website or with a special deal. Anyway, this great quality protein powder is best used in conjunction with a resistance training regimen and coupled with an already balanced diet. Like I always say, supplements only work to supplement or aid an already balanced diet.

BSN Syntha-6 Protein Powder is definitely a solid protein product in the market today. It definitely contains the essentials and barely anything else needed in a protein supplement. It's a little higher on the calorie side for a general protein supplement, but comes packed with 22 grams of protein and only 15 grams of carbohydrates. They also take into account only 4 grams of sugar and a whole 5 grams of fiber. This is usually rare in protein powders. The taste is great, especially considering they only put in 4 grams of sugar. This mixes well and will not clump up like a lot of its competitors. This also comes in plenty of flavors, leaving a huge variety for people of different tastes. (This also comes in anywhere from 2.9 pounds, 5 pounds, to 10 pounds). The price overall is below the average for what you usually can find in the market, meaning it sells at a cheaper price over most products of the same content. I would definitely recommend this product.

My experience with this product has been good! I tried other brands also but BSN has become my brand for sure now. The taste, mixability, digestion, results are all good. The brand offers a variety of products in different flavors out of which chocolate flavor for protein and mass gainers and fruit punch for others are my personal favourite and the syntha 6 isolate in chocolate flavor is very tasty. Nothing beats BSN when considering taste. I blend it with almond milk and crushed ice and it makes an unbelievable shake. Have seen big gains so far using this helps me recover very well and I really like the different kind of proteins as they have different absorption rates flavor . No clumps when using a shaker cup and not bad with 200 calories and 22 grams protein. I will give thumbs up to this product. Would definitely recommend this product. Worth buying it.
