**BODY ELECTRIC CLASSICS COLLECTION DVD** **I want to let anyone who reads this to know no matter your age, level of fitness you can do this video. I was 23 and I had my first child. I gained over 100 lbs with the child. After I had him I was very sad that I had let my self go to the point that walking to the next room was hard. So I started working with this DVD. I could do much at first. But after less then a year using this DVD I have lost all of the extra I gained while pregnant and I am down to a size 9. I have never in my life been this happy with my weight. It was so worth it to wake up and try, then get stronger and do more. I am a stay at home mom and it did not take a lot of time. I just wanted to tell the world that is women and her program are the best you will ever find. I have bought other videos from her work out programs as well as this one and all of them are great. However this is where I started and I loved every minute of it.******
