Simple & Effective

By

from Pompano Beach, FL

Comments about BIC Metal Razor:

I have used the BIC Metal razor for years. My beard is light to medium. I never really bought into the muti-blade razor. I also use (and love) the Schick Injector system.

The BIC Metal razor has a single blade and a round bar along the blade. This bar helps protect the skin and regulates the pressure of the blade against the skin. I don't think I have ever been nicked by this razor. The shave is close, and the life of the razor is good. Another nice feature is the round handle, which facilitates maneuvering the razor.

The BIC Metal is not so common in stores, but can be purchased online. I think it's a great value because of the quality and consistent results I get. I highly recommend it.

Beware of this Razor

By

from Bountiful, UT

Comments about BIC Metal Razor:

I bought this cheap packet of disposable razors to take with me when I went out of town.

I have lost enough skin from shaving my legs with this razor, that I could make another person with the skin I shaved off my legs.

I guess I got used ot the razors with the aloe strip and the nicely and safely arranged blades. This has none of that. The blase is exposed and unless I go really slow and barely touch the skin, I am taking off more skin than hair. Especially around those fiddly areas like the ankles and knees.

I am not really getting a good shave from this razor because I am reluctant to put any pressure on it, for fear of using more skin.

I did not have the same problems using them on my underarms, probably because that area is a little fleshier than my shins.

I now have plenty of scars on my legs to remind me to be a little more careful when shaving my legs and to also remind me to go back to a better quality, safer razor.
