BIC America & Mechanical Pencil (Mpp51) — 

I can't find a downside to these pencils.  They are the other ones I buy, and the only ones I like to use.  They're cheap enough that you can lose them without caring, but they're quality enough to last.  I don't remember the last time I had to sharpen a pencil.
