I owned an old AGP graphics card by BFG.  One day the fan failed and I needed a new one.  After spending some time searching my regular on-line part retailers for a new fan, it appeared that I could not find one from a retailer.  I was a bit upset as the card was top of the line when I bought it and still played any game that I was interested in very well even though it was old. 

I decided to go right to the manufacturer and buy the part from them.  I called BFG and expected the worst, tech vendors in my experience are bad and rarely helpful.  But what happened was beyond my imagination...
