Azeteca Tortilla Chips is a traditional round shaped salted or unsalted chip. It is light, and crispy, but able to withstand heavy, or thick dips without breaking (before you can get it into your mouth). Also, this is no oily-tasting tortilla chip. It's purchased in a 14 oz bag, with 14 servings per bag (serving size is 1 oz). For the 1 oz servings you will consume: 130 calories, calories from fat is 50; total fat 6g; saturated fat 1g; trans fat 0g; cholesterol 0mg; sodium (in the unsalted bag) 10mg; dietary fiber 1g; sugars 0g, and protein 2g. The ingredients are as follows: Ground Corn (Trace of Lime), Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following: Corn Oil, Sunflower Oil, Cottonseed Oil, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil). The advertisement says, Real Stone-Ground Corn Gives Azeteca Chips Their Authentic Taste and Appearance. However, I deduct a STAR from this product because due to settling/handling you will have quite a few broken tortilla chips, but, it is a tasty (in our opinion) healthy-JUNK food.
