I was directed to this product by a specialist who my husband sees about his sleep apnea. Using the full face CPAP mask at night with a high level of air pressure was making him have some pretty severe nose bleeds. This is one of the few products that can be used by those who wear breathing equipment at night as it is not petroleum based. The difference was remarkable. I also use this to help during the cold weather where the heat dries out the sinuses. It is much easier and more comfortable to use than regular saline as it does not drip. I would recommend this to anyone. Congestion Relief I'm not sure this helps with congestion, but it does keep the sinus's moist leading to easier breathing and less bleeding from dried out cavities. Chest Congestion Relief This is not meant for chest congestion. Relief of Aches & Pains This does help alleviate the pain and discomfort of overly dried and cracking sinus's. Cough Suppression This product does not help with cough suppression.

Chest Congestion Relief This can help prevent any further mucus building up in the chest. Relief of Aches & Pains It helps relieve the sinus pain in the nose. Even using some on the outside of the nose can help!
