I purchased this for 99c during a special with Avon. I was glad to see the price and really wished it would be perfect for me. I dont mind trying anything for this price!  I found this to be rather thick and gloppy.  All it really did was stick to my lashes and then get mashed into my eyes!  I could barely see when I got done because I had a film over both eyes!  I constantly felt like a had cataracts or something!  I gave this several times too, so it wasn't just a 1 time thing.   I ended up giving it to my sister who loves it!  She's the lucky one getting a eye-makeup remover for less than a buck!
