I'll start by saying I do not wear eye makeup very often, and I have very sensitive skin and eyes. I was skeptical about trying Avon's Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover for these reasons. However, it is the best product I have tried. Priced at $4 for a 2-oz. bottle, it seems expensive, but you seriously only need a very small amount to remove your eye makeup. I was a cat this Halloween and had eye liner all over my cheeks to look like whiskers, and when the night was over, this stuff took it right off, as well as the heavy black eyeliner I had all around my eyes. It worked like a charm, and didn't irritate my eyes or skin.
