Avon's moisture effective eye makeup remover is the best ever! I've used it for about 4 years now and will continue to use it as long as they make it available. The cream is easy to apply and wipes your makeup completely away! There's no rubbing needed. It leaves your eye area soft and nicely moisturized. I have oily skin and this works just fine for me, no greasiness. I highly recommend this to anyone who wears eye makeup.
