Avon Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover Review

Though I've never been a big fan of eye makeup remover lotions, I found the Avon Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover Lotion to be one of my favorite eye makeup removers of all time.  When I purchased it for only 99 cents and wasn't aware that it was a lotion consistency.  I tried it anyways and found that it really does remove all my waterproof eye makeup and doesn't get into my eyes like the oily versions that I had previously worn. 

Apply a dime size dallop (maybe less if you do not use waterproof eye makeup) and apply with a cotton round or a cotton swab.  Do this for each eye and before you know it, all the eyemakeup is gone. 

The Avon Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover Lotion often goes on sale from $4 to 99 cents.  And though I feel like I use a lot, a small 2 fl bottle has lasted me nearly a year.
