Avon Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover Review

I have used Avon's Moisture Effective Eye Remover for a long time because it is affordable and great quality.  It usually retails for around $4.00 but I have found it on sale before for $0.99 and have bought many of them!  I like this eye makeup remover because it is like a lotion, so it is not very harsh on the skin.  It also has moisturizers in it which helps to avoid dry skin, especially in the winter time.  I have used other eye makeup removers in the past that really hurt my eyes if I were to get some of it in them, and this one does not hurt at all.  It is a very "hypo-allergenic" formula for people who are sensitive to things like that.  I enjoy many Avon products, but this is one of my favorites because it is extremely affordable and reliable.  I have never seen a change in the great quality of this product in all the years I have been buying it!  I would recommend it to all women!
