Avon Washable Waterproof Mascara — 

This is truly the best mascara I have found so far! I love the brush too. It doesn't clump at all.  The formula glides on almost like a gel, but spreads evenly and it's not too heavy.  It feels cool when applied then dries to the perfect texture.  It never feels sticky so my eyelashes don't stick together. I hate that!
