Just that wash-off, stays on w/watery eyes, rub & it'll come off

have tried so many but always go back to Wash-off Waterproof. If you rub your eyes while crying it may come off a little but overall I love it.

I love many of Avon's products, but this mascara does not live up to it's name. It smears really badly.
