I have terrible allergies and this liner is perfect for me. Avon makes wonderful eye liners and I truly believe that this is their best one. It goes on smoothly and stays on about 8 hours (even with a teary eyed person like me). This eye liner is small, but last a long time as well, meaning the durability is especially hard to beat. I have used many other products before, but have come to rest that this eye liner is the best in the business. It is very effective, no matter what color you choose as they come in a wide range and are very lightweight. This is an eye liner that I would recommend to anyone with allergies, dry eyes or teary eyes. It works incredibly and has so much potential to stay on the market for many years to come. This eye liner provides you a tough color on a surface that you need the color to stay put for a long time, Avon has perfected this in this eye liner.

I love Avon's ultra luxurious eyeliner. I buy this brand in the black color. I am an eyeliner person and I love eyeliner that stays on dark and stays on all day long. This eyeliner does just that! I can apply it in the morning and look great all day without reapplying!

I got this in the blonde shade for my brows & although I still need a shade lighter, this still looks pretty good. It doesn't tug/pull like some pencils can & it blends well...doesn't look "drawn on", which is definitely a plus. I'll be trying this in eggplant next for my eyes.

I can definitely say about Avon Ultra Luxury Eye Liner that I love this eye liner! I have said that other eye liners were the best in the past but this one is by far the best! It lasts almost the whole day. I only have to reapply once. Also it does not run under my eyes like other eye liners do. I have had to light the tip of all other eye liners I have used but with Avon Ultra Luxury Eye Liner I do not. It glides on smooth and neat. Plus this is a product from a brand that I trust. I beleive that this is a long lasting eye liner. I have been using it for a couple of months now and have one had to sharpen it three times. Avon Ultra Luxury Eye Liner is an inexpensive eye liner that works great.

The Avon Ultra Luxury Eye Liner is the best eye liner i have found from Avon, which is saying a lot because Avon has some great liners.  the black ultra luxury is a fixture in my makeup case because it goes on so easily and very dark. its just soft enough to smug on the lash line and can be sharpened enough to create sharp lines on the top lash line.  however i use mine daily in the water line and unlike other liners i have tried it glides on and stays on.  This brand also comes in multiple colors, of which i have tried all of them.  The brown and blue are my favorite ones other than the black because they really make your eyes pop.  I do like the purple color avon offers, but i found it does not show up as nicely as the others on the water line.  These liners are also fairly inexpensive in comparison to others.  i only wish that avon would make a white liner in this collection.  overall the ultra luxury are the best for the price and quality.

I have very sensitive eyes and am very picky about my eye products; however, I LOVE this eyeliner from AVON. I've tried many, many eye products from various brands and this has got to be a fave! It's cheap, looks great, and easy to use! Three things I always consider when purchasing a product. It goes on smoothly (doesn't hurt my eyes when applied) and has pretty long lasting effects. I don't find myself reapplying this throughout the day because it still is noticeable. This liner smudges a little bit but not enough to be a bother. The color doesn't run down your face like some brands. I use the black liner and find that it doesn't appear "fake" like some other brands I've tried. I feel like it doesn't stand out like cat eyes. You should totally give it a try. I don't believe you'll be disappointed! At an affordable price, it's definitely worth it. No need to pay big bucks when there is something like this available!

**Avon Ultra Luxury Eye Liner is a  great product. It  did not  bother my eyes at all. Some  make them  itchy.  I have  allergies and have no  effects  fomr  wearing this eye liner. It is  very smooth . It  does not  skip across  your skin like most  do. It  does not  feel  jagged when applying.  I would  recommend ****Avon Ultra Luxury Eye Liner to anyone.   That free subscription to *Allure* Magazine has turned me on my ear (old saying).  All those leggy young ladies with their beauty diva potions and artistic eyes recall a time in my Jurassic past when I, too, lined and painted and powdered and contoured in the mirror on the north wall.  So, seemingly without reason (ha!) I find myself ordering from ***Bunny, the Avon Lady***. Last month, it was **Avon's Ultra Luxury Eyeliner**.  This eyeliner's basic profile attracted me.  Simply put, **Avon's Ultra Luxury Eyeliner** is just... a pencil with a point.  No fancy case.  No built in sharpener.  No big drama.  So... a choice of six colors*, a special-sale price, and I was sold. The Khaki color appealed to me, more because of the shade name than the sickly way it looked in the catalog.  And sure enough, the Khaki has worked out very nicely.  It defines my eyes in a subtle way that's becoming to both my age and my pale eyes.  I know that it improves my looks although I also know that nobody's going to rush up to me and gush, "I luvvv your eyeliner." Another great joy is that one can steer this pencil "lead" pretty much without error.  No pushing or dragging necessary.  There's enough softness so that a shaky hand can slow down and *still* continue the line.  Quick and easy being the rule, **Avon's Ultra Luxury Eyeline** fits well in my make-up routine.
