Avon Skin Soft Satin Glow Daily Body Moisturizer Review

When I was about sixteen years old, I thought nothing of lying on the roof of our garage to get a suntan on a sunny day.  I even went as far as using pure baby oil instead of an actual tanning lotion with any SPF in it.  I had no clue that all that burning was damaging my skin.  I gradually moved up to tanning salons still not realizing the damage and potential dangers.  Boy, how times have changed!  We know so much now about the damaging effects of the sun and ultraviolet rays.  That would be the reason that I am now using Avon SKIN SO SOFT Satin Glow Daily Body Moisturizer and I love it! 

What it is...

This product is a combination of a moisturizer and a "color enhancer".  It softens your skin and brings out a gradual natural glow. 

What I think about it...

Surprisingly, I really like this product!  I have tried others and didn't have very good results.  I assumed I would probably not be too impressed with this one either.  At only $4.99 for an 8.4 oz. tube, I had to try it.  The original price is $8.00 but it is on sale right now, probably because of the time of year.  The very first thing I wanted to know was how it smelled.  The others I have tried, smell down right awful.  This one actually smells great.  Not too overwhelming and definitely pleasant.  When I apply the non-greasy formula to my skin, it absorbs quickly and my skin feels instantly moisturized.  The first day, I really didn't see much color but by the end of the second day, there was definitely a glow.  It wasn't orange and it didn't streak.  It just looked like a subtle tan.  I should also mention that this product dries quickly and has never stained my clothes.

My Final Viewpoint...

Avon SKIN SO SOFT Satin Glow Daily Body Moisturizer is a great choice if you want a subtle, natural glow without damaging your skin.  I absolutely recommend it to others and I have to go with a 5 star rating on this one!
