I noticed immediately my skin being smoother and softer. i have been using Skin So Soft for years now, I haven't found any other lotion or bath oil that locks in moisture and truly makes my skin as silky smooth as Skin So Soft does. I also add Skin So Soft to my bath water as a bath oil, and then I applyed as a lotion after batheing.
