I really enjoy this lipstick. I absolutely love the shade i chose, golden plum, and its a great lip stick. The one handed application is a great idea while on the go and I have had no problems with it at all. And Avon does have great customer service and return policy. If you are ever unsatisfied with a product, just contact an Avon representative directly and they will take care of the return or exchange for you and it would cost you nothing. I work for Avon as a representative so i really know how this all works and extend the best customer service i can to all my clients.

I was thinking about ordering this product from my Avon rep. Thanks for the good review. I think I'll go ahead and place my order with her and try it out. One handed application is such a good idea.
