Avon Personal Match Ideal Shade Foundation —

I bought this Avon Personal match makeup about 2 weeks ago ,On the up side it does go on smoothly . on the down side it looked like I put on a tinted moisturizer not a makeup. At my age and with my freckles I like a foundation to cover well I can't say this one did .

However to be fair ,if you are looking for the least amount of coverage you can get in something advertised as foundation than you may like it . It has good SFP so it does protect , the matching technology seems to be OK I use ivory and It blends to Ivory ,but If I still can clearly see my freckles after applying its not for me .I also found that if it got to close to my eyes it burned quite a bit and made them water .

Personally I think this would be a good foundation for younger women because they have less imperfections to cover .

So if you have age spots or freckles to cover, you may want to pass this one up .

my whole face is covered in freckles espically if I get some sun on it , I did order some more avon foundation its the wipped potted stuff I cant remember the name of , wish they would send it already its been quite a while ,info says shipped but nothing today came. I really hate my freckles espically now that they seem to be turning to age spots . thanks for reading my review .I do love avon I just got really bummed out that I have 2 products that I cant use much . I wrote to dear avon about this and never got an answer back . the back of my invoice said to ask for a refund and it might not be necessary to send the item back .however that was on dec 9th and never received an answer -that also bummed me out .

This product has a sheer to light coverage design. It is meant to show the natural look of your skin. Try one of the Perfect Match foundations that is listed as a "medium to full coverage" design. You will not be able to hide your freckles completely. On a personal note...(I too have freckles) remember that there are not too many of us who have them. They are a unique feature that sets you apart from others. A lot of modeling agencies actually like freckles. The only time they're air brushed out of a picture is when its a makeup ad. Isn't that funny...it's all due to the fact that the advertisers want you to focus on the lip color and not the freckles.
