I am an Independent Avon Representative and I bought the Avon Perfect Color Palette in Cool when it first came out. I have used it several times and all the colors look fantastic on me. If you can wear cool colors, then this is the set for you.  The colors last all day and look good.  The powder is nice and smooth and doesn't look cakey after a few hours.
