Love the bottle but the product is only average.

Avon Naturals Shower Gel is available in a 5-ounce soft clear plastic bottle that retails for $5.49. That's kind of expensive for only 5 ounces of product that is only average. But I totally love the bottle so I buy it from time to time and reuse the bottle for some of my other shower gels. — Why is the bottle so cool? Because it is hooked on the end so that you can hang it from the shower head, a towel bar or a hook. My family loves these. They come in all kinds of scents and new ones are being introduced all the time. Normally they are on sale for about $2.99 in the book. (Whoever said they paid $5 for one, doesn't have a very good Avon rep....as normally they are not that high priced.) — Cucumber melon is my favorite scent. Although I hear the blueberry and raspberry scents are nice. Every once in a while I see an advertisment for Avon, my mother brings home a catalog, or I see a catalog on the desk at the beauty shop. I've not had wonderful experiences with Avon products, so I overlook them more times than not. However, since I've been in this points club through my computer, and they advertised that there was a big sale and there was no shipping charges, I decided to check it out. Very smooth, creamy and nice scent.

My daughter bought me a bottle of this for Christmas and it was the Vanilla. It's very creamy, pearlescent, and smells very lightly of vanilla beans. It lathers well even with a wash cloth and is very silky and filled with creamy lather. It may be expensive compared to cheaper brands, but it is a good stocking stuffer for all ages. I still have quite a bit left in the bottle although I've used it often, and you can hang it from your curtain rod or shower rod. I've smelled all the scents, and I like a few and my sister likes a few, but different ones. But, really, they only smell that way during the shower, and a few minutes after that. — — The soap itself isn't that great. I feel a little residue after rinsing. I use irish spring to clean and then go over some areas with the gel to get the good scent. — — I think these are overpriced unless they are on sale. It's the hanging bottle that sold me on it. I've been using Avon Naturals shower gel for about 10 years now. Sure, I've tried other shower gels that can be conveniently purchased at the grocery store or dollar store, but for me this product is worth the hassle of having to order online, or through a representative. It smells fabulous (I love the peach scented one the most) and does not irritate my sensitive skin. I like buying products from Avon....and my Avon lady is always giving me stuff to try and free product...she is the best! However, the last several times I ahve pruchased the shower gels, I have noticed they all leak! I can't hang the bottle the way it was made to be hung, because the gel drips right out of it! I love the Avon Naturals shower gel. It has a great scent and doesn't dry out my skin. The price is great too, especially when you buy it on sale. Avon also offers new scents throughout the year that I am always trying. You can also use the shower gel to make your own foaming hand soap, which in my opinion is better than other store brands and for much less money. Avon has a lot of great products, but one of my favorites has to be the Avon Naturals Shower Gel. Not only is it a great product but it comes in so many different fragrances and the hooked bottle makes for very convenient spacing. It's very moisturizing compared to other shower gels which leave you feeling refreshed every time you use it! I love the body washes through Avon. They have plenty of other types of body wash as well other than the naturals. The naturals are always coming out with new scents. Like the richness of the soap and the scents. Gardenia is my favorite. The bottle is messy. The lid doesn't always close all the way and that causes blobs and wasted product.
