Avon Nailwear Nail Enamel —
I read the Avon reviews before I bought this and they were mixed. The color was nice in the bottle, but that is about the only pro. The brush was too wide and the color went on thick. Once I managed to make it look half decent, the color only lasted a couple hours before it chipped. It was on sale for $1.99, but it was not even worth that.
