As I'm of combination skin (oily T-zone) I'm always looking for a product to help my makeup application last. Well, I was given this as a sample, tried it out and fell in love with the look and feel of my skin.

It matted down the oily areas, made my pores appear to fade away and smoothed my skin all over. Voila ! just what I was looking for. This comes out of the tube as a milky looking gel-like cream, it's got silicone in it so the smoothing properties are wonderful. when applying it you'll feel it go from a liquid to kind of a nice soft powdery feel.

There is no pigment /color to this product so don't expect it to cover any flaws (such as blemishes) as a concealer would. It simply preps and perfects you skin for further makeup application if you so want, as it can be worn alone as well.

You'll find your foundation, concealer or powder will go on smoother and more evenly as it makes a better canvas to build on. I find It helps these products to last longer with less frequent touch-ups.  Mineral foundations apply so smoothly with  MagiX Face Perfector as a base to hold onto that you'll look air brushed and velvety.

The bonus of it having a built in SPF of 20 is a no-brainer and a step saver too. If your skin needs a little help smoothing out before applying your makeup, I highly recommend you give this a try.

A downside to some users might be the somewhat odd scent, it kind of reminds me of black coffee (go figure) but it disappears quickly during application. The cost is much less than other primers I've tried, some in the $30. to $40. dollar range so spending $10.00  on MagiX Face Perfector and getting such good results is quite cost effective. I'll continue to purchase this product in the future.
