I really love this eyeliner. you can even get it during the holidays in a mini purse size, or if you just want to try a new shade. I only use avon cosmetics because they don't make my skin break out and this eyeline NEVER snags! it always goes on smooth the first time. I haven't ever found another brand that could do that.
