Avon Glimmersticks Eyeliner — 

This eyeliner goes on smoothly and delivers great consistent color.  It's price is priceless!  Most other eyeliners don't come close to the value for the money.  I love that you don't have to sharpen the tip as it is basically self-sharpening simply by the shape of the dispenser.  Easy to scroll it up or down as needed this liner is economical and very easy to use.

The sharpener is built-in that's why they never need sharpening.
