I have used Avon products since a teenager and like it or not, that was quite awhile ago.
These eye liners are the worst. Every time I try to put on, it breaks and falls all overy my vanity---making a mess. Try wiping those little pieces up. They smear all over the place.
I would not recommend or buy them for anyone.
