Avon Glimmersticks Eyeliner — 

I used this for years, Avon always had these on sale for a great price. I tend to get oily so the liner rubs off in the late afternoon.  I found an eye pencil at Sallys Beauty for $1.19 and it stays on all day. Sharpening can be a hassle, but staying put all day really makes up for it. Avon still has other great product the Anew line is great
